I made a mistake by one size, it's a bit too big, so I put it on my right index finger. It's uncomfortable to wear on the middle finger due to the thickness of the ring itself. As for the ring itself and the app, so far I'm happy with everything. It's unfortunate that it's not compatible with all health apps. Most importantly, this device does its job well! I was surprised to see how many steps I actually take per day, not just when the phone is in my hands. It's a bit unclear in what units and on what basis blood pressure is measured, but the range of normal/not normal helps to simply monitor the condition throughout the day.

Excellent cost-benefit ratio. It's not very precise in determining sleep, but for the price, it's worth it. Also monitor body temperature and oxygenation. ATTENTION: follow the measurement guide faithfully to determine the ring size to be ordered. If you follow the correct procedure, you will obtain the correct size ring. Contrary to several comments that say they got a loose ring, it was probably because they did not follow the correct procedure. I went with this person's opinion and ordered a smaller size, and I almost got screwed. Fortunately, the ring still fit just right on my thinner ring finger, but I wanted to use it on my index finger which is most suitable for gesture use.
